Sophie wants to go to the Moon.
She's mapped out her life accordingly, ensuring that every step
she takes leads her to this destination. But one night, although
the clock reads 8pm, the Sun is still shining, as if it were
noon.
With each passing day, the Sun remains directly overhead, as
Sophie and the people around her grow happier and happier. Her
past misery becomes elusive, while this inexplicable joy seduces
her.
When her desire to go to the Moon begins to dissipate, and is
replaced by an overwhelming contentment, Sophie is forced to ask
herself:
If I don't want anything at all, then who am I?
